3 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp onion, chopped
2 tbsp Tamari
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp mustard powder
454 g tofu, firm diced

Put all ingredients in blender add small amounts of water or soymilk to blend smooth.
