Recipe Ingredients for Double Crunchers Cookies

1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cornflakes
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup coconut

Recipe Directions for Double Crunchers Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 3 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a mixing bowl beat canola oil, sugar, and brown sugar.

  4. Add egg and vanilla to sugar mixture and beat.

  5. Add the flour mixture to the mixing bowl and mix.

  6. Stir in cornflakes, oats, and coconut.

  7. Using a #16 food scoop place the dough on cookie sheets.

  8. Bake 10-15 minutes.
