Easy to make, low cholesterol double chocolate cake. From Betty Crocker.

Recipe Ingredients for Double Chocolate Snack Cake

207 1/10 grams All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
0.5 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.33 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Vinegar, Cider
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Double Chocolate Snack Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in an 8" x 8" square pan with a fork. Mix in additional ingredients except chips. Sprinkle chips over top of cake. Place in medium rack of oven and bake until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (about 35-45 minutes). Cool and slice into 9 pieces. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
