Recipe Ingredients for Double Chocolate Muffins

1 cup 2% milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
0.83 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup oat bran
1 egg
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 T cinnamon
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Double Chocolate Muffins

  1. Beat first 5 ingredients together--set aside.

  2. Mix remainder of ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until combined.

  4. Bake in muffin cups for 20-25 min at 400 F.
