Super gooey and tasty caramel Rolo treats!

Recipe Ingredients for Double Caramel Rolo Squares

2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup dry Quick Oats
1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
12 oz Light Brown Sugar
0.17 oz Baking Soda
3 stick Butter
12 oz Spoonable Ice Cream Topping Hot Caramel Topping
8 oz Rolo

Recipe Directions for Double Caramel Rolo Squares

  1. Preheat 325F. Grease 9x13 baking dish.

  2. In large bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add butter and stir with wooden spoon until well mixed. Press half of the mixture in pan and bake for 17 minutes.

  3. Remove pan and cool for a few minutes. Evenly cover top of oats with caramel sauce, and then sprinkle all of the Rolos over the top of the caramel sauce. Crumble remaining oats on top of Rolos and bake an additional 17 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting into squares. Store in refrigerator for a cool, tasty snack.
