0.25 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
0.5 cup, unthawed Strawberries
0.5 cup Raspberries
0.5 cup Fat Free Milk

Recipe Directions for Double-Berry Smoothie

Put milk and whey powder into blender and blend. Add yogurt, cooked oatmeal and berries and blend. Add ice (more ice=more volume) and blend until smooth.
