Recipe Ingredients for Double Baked Potatoes

6 potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chives
1/4 cup onions
4 bacon
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Double Baked Potatoes

  1. Bake all potatoes until well done.

  2. When potatoes cool scoop out insides (save skins) and rough mash potatoes.

  3. Add sour cream, chopped chives, chopped onions and crispy bacon bits.

  4. Put mixture back into potatoe skins.

  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and paprika on top of potatoes.

  6. Rebake again for 35 min until brown.
