Made for boiled rice and urad dal

Recipe Ingredients for dosa

1 cup rice
1/4 cup black lentils
3/4 cup water
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for dosa

  1. soak rice and lentils seperately for 3-4 hours in water

  2. grind them together with fenugreek seeds by adding water little by little.

  3. add salt & mix well

  4. let if ferment for 6-7 hours

  5. heat tawa on medium flame and spread 2-3 tbsp of batter on the tawa as a thin layer

  6. wait for a minute and turn the dosa so that the other side gets cooked
