Recipe Ingredients for Dosa

3 cups raw rice
1 cup raw lentils
40 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for Dosa

  1. Soad Dal and Rice for 4 hours

  2. Blend into a batter consistency

  3. Add salt

  4. Allow to ferment

  5. Make thin pancakes, cook on both sides.
