Recipe Ingredients for Dorsey's delish deviled 'no-cholesterol' eggs

6 large Egg, White
50 grams Potatoes, Boiled
1 cup, cubes Yam
40 grams Lowfat Plain Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Dorsey's delish deviled 'no-cholesterol' eggs

Hard boil 6 large eggs. After 5 min. in ice cold water, peel, slice & remove yolks. Mash yams, potatoes, yogurt, pinch of curry, pepper, vinegar, and add water to consistency. Fill eggs liberally and sprinkle with cayenne. Yogurt IS optional. YUM!
