Recipe Ingredients for Dorothy's Salmon Patties

16 oz salmon, canned
1 egg (beaten)
2 T whole wheat flour
1 t hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Dorothy's Salmon Patties

  1. PRE-HEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES

  2. COMBINE SALMON AND EGG.

  3. USE 2 TO 3 TABLESPOONS OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR TO HOLD MIXTURE TOGETHER, BUT DON'T HAVE IT TOO DRY.

  4. SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE.

  5. OPTIONAL: TEXAS PETE HOT SAUCE TO TASTE

  6. FORM 8 SMALL PATTIES.

  7. SPRAY BAKING SHEET WITH PAM.

  8. BAKE FOR ~20 MINUTES AND TURN.

  9. BAKE FOR ~ 10 MINUTES, LET BROWN AS YOU LIKE.
