Recipe Ingredients for Doomsday Smoothie.

0.75 cup, halves Strawberries
0.5 cup Blueberries
61 1/2 grams Raspberries
0.5 cup Blackberries
9 oz Oranges
0.5 serving Apple
12 tsp No Calorie Sweetener

Recipe Directions for Doomsday Smoothie.

Blend ingredients one by one into puree in a blender. Add 8 cubes of ice. Add 1/4 cup sweetener (preferrably Splenda) and drink or refrigerate fpr consumption later.
