Recipe Ingredients for Donut Muffin

3.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 medium Egg, Whole
50 grams Vegetable Oil
0.75 cup LightBlock 2 Percent
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Donut Muffin

  1. Lightly grease a muffin tin with vegetable oil or spray.

  2. In a large bowl, beat together sugar and egg until light in color. Add vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla to sugar mixute and combine.

  3. In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Then pour into liquid mixture and stir to combine.

  4. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full, and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the middle comes out clean
