Recipe Ingredients for Donna's yummy pancakes

5 cups flour
8 tbsps baking powder
2 tsps baking soda
2 tsps salt
1 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
4 cups 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Donna's yummy pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a Large bowl add all the wet ingredients and mix with an electric mixer just until belended some small lump will remain. Do not over mix.

  2. pour 1 ounce onto a preheated sprayed griddle. Cook first side until bubbles form and start to pop then flip and cook just about a minute more.

  3. Serve with the toppings of your choice.
