Recipe Ingredients for Donna's Salami & pasta

230 grams Salami, Italian, Pork
500 grams Noodles, Egg, Dry, Enriched
1 large Onions
100 grams Peppers
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, cubes Eggplant
1 cup Mushrooms
800 grams Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
10 grams Wicked Chilli Sauce

Recipe Directions for Donna's Salami & pasta

  1. Put pasta on to boil.

  2. Chop up salami & vegetables into small cubes (or whatever shape you fancy)

  3. Stir fry salami in olive oil to release flavour.

  4. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.

  5. Add rest of the vegetables and mix/sauté so everything is covered in flavour.

  6. Add two tins of chopped tomato and small teaspoon of hot chilli paste.

  7. Cover and simmer.

  8. If the mix is too dry, add a little water to create steam.

  9. Once pasta is ready, drain and add to salami/vegetable mix.

  10. Stir through for a few seconds.

  11. Done!
