Just like an Egg McMuffin but healthier and more satisfying.

Recipe Ingredients for Donna's healthy breakfast sandwich

1 muffin English Muffins, Whole-wheat, Toasted
1 serving Canadian Style Bacon
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
1 serving Tomato Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Donna's healthy breakfast sandwich

  1. Toast muffin.

  2. In a small non stick frying pan heat and lightly brown the canadian bacon in a little cooking spray. Remove from the pan.

  3. Crack the egg into the same pan. Using a fork break the yolk and then flip it to cook the other side.

  4. Assemble all the ingredients on the toasted muffin. Add a small amount of ketchup if you want.
