Recipe Ingredients for Donna's Chicken Stroganoff

12 ounces chicken breast, roasted
1 T olive oil
3/4 cup green onions, sliced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 cups chicken broth, low-sodium
1/3 cup flour
2 t rosemary
2 t dijon mustard
1 cup fat-free sour cream

Recipe Directions for Donna's Chicken Stroganoff

  1. Saute onions and mushrooms. Set aside.

  2. Saute chicken. Set aside.

  3. Shake up flour, chicken broth, and seasonings. Boil for 2 minutes in pan.

  4. Add chicken and mushrooms. Heat.

  5. Add sour cream and heat through.
