Recipe Ingredients for Donna Hay's Basil Frittata with Gravlox

4 (ligtly beaten) eggs
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/3 cup shredded basil
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 black pepper
4 oz lox

Recipe Directions for Donna Hay's Basil Frittata with Gravlox

  1. Place eggs, milk, basil, cheddar and pepper in a bowl and mix to combine.

  2. Pour the mixture into a non-stick 8in frying pan and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes or until the frittata is almost set.

  3. Place under the broiler fro 1 minute or until golden.

  4. Remove from the pan and cut into wedges.

  5. To serve, top with the gravlox.
