Recipe Ingredients for Domlama

2.59 lb leg of lamb
1 tbsp olive oil
2 large onions
3 medium carrots
8 cloves of garlic
2 large bell peppers
1 medium eggplant
300 gram canned tomatoes
300 gram cabbage

Recipe Directions for Domlama

Chop meat, vegetables. Arrange in the folowing order in a big dutch oven pot. Tbsp of oil, meat, onions, carrots, garlic, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, cabbage. Season each layer. Add to each layer cumin and coriander. Use fresh herbs - silantro.
