Recipe Ingredients for Dolmas

16 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
16 oz Lamb, Ground
3 cup Grape Leaves
1.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
0.25 cup Garlic
0.25 cup Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Dolmas

mix rice, meat, juice of 3 lemons, 7 diced garlic cloves with salt, pepper and cinnamon to taste. Cover the bottom of a large pot with olive oil. Roll small spoon-fulls of mixture into grape leaves and arrange in layers in the pot. Add additional garlic cloves and lemon juice. Cover with water and weigh down with a plate. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 1 hour. Serve hot.
