1 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup ground oregano
1/4 cup turmeric
1 tbsp flax seed
1/2 tsp salt
12 cloves garlic
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 cup egg substitute

Recipe Directions for Dobbs Whole Wheat Cracker

  1. add water to pancake consistency

  2. greese cookie sheet,with sides

  3. bake at 350 for 10 min

  4. take out and score into 24 cracker shapes

  5. bake for 10 min more
