Recipe Ingredients for DMRHS's Banana Berry Smoothie

1/3 c. blueberries
1/3 c. strawberries
1/2 banana, mashed
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. liquid egg whites
1/3 c. unsweetened almond milk

Recipe Directions for DMRHS's Banana Berry Smoothie

  1. Add fruit and water to blender.

  2. Mix until fruit is pureed.

  3. Add liquid egg white product and almond milk to blender.

  4. Mix until smooth.

  5. I like to buy fresh fruit and freeze it in measured amounts so that all I have to do is pop it in the blender. Plus it makes the drink thicker & cold.

  6. I use "AllWhites" pasteurized liquid egg white product and "Almond Breeze" unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
