Recipe Ingredients for Djuvec

1 cup rice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 peppers
600 g pork
5 g parsley

Recipe Directions for Djuvec

Put olive oil in a pan, heat it then add onions fry them for a bit then add chopped pork. Fry pork until it becomes slight brown. Then put all of that in a casserole. Dice tomatoes and peppers, put them in casserole on top of pork, then cover it with rice and then with parsley. Add water(about 2-3 cups) and put it in oven for 30 minutes on 200C. When it's cooked, stir it and serve it warm.
