Recipe Ingredients for Diverse Lunch Salad

1/4 tomato, sliced
1/16 cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup jalapenos, pickled
1/8 cup red onion, diced
1/3 cup croutons
1/2 cup crab, alaska king, imitation
2/3 cup zucchini, grated

Recipe Directions for Diverse Lunch Salad

Just chop everything up and mix it together. You don't need to add dressing.. the water from the zucchini and the juice from the crab meat, paired with the spread of the avocado, makes this a nice moist salad. Or you can sprinkle lemon juice on top.
