Not for regular use - this is a special occasion/holiday indulgence side dish! You have been warned!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Divaangelic2's Dangerous Mac & Cheese

1 lb box of Barilla Elbow Pasta
4 cups of shredded cheddar sharp
4 cups of shredded cheddar mild
2 cups cheddar cheese soup
2 eggs
1 cup of 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Divaangelic2's Dangerous Mac & Cheese

  1. Boil box of pasta until al dente - don't overcook as the pasta will cook a little when you bake.

  2. Combine cheddar cheese soup, eggs and milk and wisk until creamy.

  3. Take a 9x14 casserole dish, spray lightly with Pam and add a layer of pasta noodles.

  4. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the noodles and top with a layer of each kind of shredded cheese.

  5. Repeat the process until you have used all the noodles, cheese and soup mixture.

  6. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cover macaroni and cheese with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to brown the top.
