6 oz chobani vanilla
1/2 cup blueberries or cherries
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
4 oz cranberry juice
15 g whey protein
1 1/2 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 banana

Recipe Directions for Diva Protein Shake

  1. Grind flax seeds in a personal blender (e.g. Magic Bullet)

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend

  3. Drink with a straw
