Recipe Ingredients for Ditalini with tomatoes and chicpeas

1/8 box Ditalini Dry
0.25 cup, sliced Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Chick Peas
1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
0.13 cup Parsley
1 tbsp(5 g) Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Red Chili Pepper

Recipe Directions for Ditalini with tomatoes and chicpeas

  1. saute chili, onion, and garlic in olive oil

  2. add tomatoes, simmer 5 minutes

  3. add pasta and chickpeas, simmer until hot

  4. stir in parsley, season with black pepper, top with parmesan

  5. if dish becomes too dry moisten with a little water or no-sodium stock
