Recipe Ingredients for Dirty Rice

3 cups Rice
4 oz bacon
1 1/2 lb lean hamburger
2 oz onions

Recipe Directions for Dirty Rice

  1. Fry Hamburger - drain grease & rinse with hot water add spices, water and beef flavoring.

  2. Fry bacon - drain grease mix in with hamburger

  3. Cook rice, mix into hamburger & bacon mix to soak up broth. Great for use in bell peppers!
