Recipe Ingredients for Dirty rice

1 cup uncooked brown rice
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 carrot, diced
1 teaspoon canola oil
2 scallions
1 pork chop
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 stalk broccoli

Recipe Directions for Dirty rice

  1. Cook rice in rice cooker

  2. Cook pork chop and dice into 1/4 inch cubes

  3. Dice vegetables and saute.

  4. Add water and soy sauce to vegetables. When mostly cooked, add diced pork and fish sauce.
