Recipe Ingredients for Dirty Quinoa and Kale

6 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup Quinoa
16 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
16 oz Andouille
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Dirty Quinoa and Kale

  1. Combine quinoa and broth in a pot. Bring to boil, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Add chopped kale to pot and cook for 10 additional minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, saute onions and red pepper in large frying pan until slightly caramelized. Add andouille either sliced or broken into chunks. Cook until completely cooked and slightly browned. Add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes longer. Add roma tomatoes. Add quinoa/kale mixture to the sausage and cook for 5 minutes until items are combined and tomatoes have broken down slightly.
