Recipe Ingredients for Diplomat Sauce

250 grams Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
250 grams Water
113 3/5 grams All Natural Farm Fresh Eggs Large Egg
2 large Egg, Yolk
1 1/2 tbsp Butter
5/8 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
150 grams Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Diplomat Sauce

  1. Mix the sugar, flour, eggs and yolks together on dry.

  2. Put the milk, water and butter to boil, add vanilla or lemon flavoring if you want.

  3. When it boils, lower the temperature, add the dry mix tablespoon at a time, mixing well always to not clump.

  4. Let the thickened cream boil, turn it off and let it cool.

  5. It's ready to use!
