Recipe Ingredients for Dinner wraps

6 multigrain tortilla wraps
16 ounces refried beans (1 tin)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 red peppers, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups cooked brown rice
3 ounces sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Dinner wraps

  1. Warm up refried beans in small saucepan.

  2. In a medium fry pan, heat up the olive oil, add sliced onions, peppers, mushrooms and spices. Stir fry until veggies are cooked through.

  3. Assemble wraps - 1/3 cup of cooked brown rice, a spoonfull of refried beans, a scoop of veggies, and sprinkle with some cheese.

  4. Makes 6 wraps.
