Use Veggie spring mix or baby greens instead of any or all of the greens.

Recipe Ingredients for Dinner salad

1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup spinach, raw
1/4 cup red swiss chard, chopped
1/4 cup broccoli, pieces
1/4 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup tomato, diced
1/2 cup cucumber
1/4 cup radishes, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons walnut oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic

Recipe Directions for Dinner salad

Combine the greens. Sprinkle with the granulated garlic. Add the oil and vinegar.
