7 oz fresh spinach, curley leaf
7 oz red leaf lettuce
2 large tomato, large diced
1 large green pepper, sliced
5 mushrooms, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 oz walnut pieces

Recipe Directions for Dinner salad

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables.

  2. Mix all ingredients, or arrange on a platter and let guests fix it how they like.
