Pancakes that are great for anytime of the day, won't weigh you down, and keep you fuller longer!

Recipe Ingredients for Dinner Pancakes

2 eggs
2 cups bisquick
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup dry milk

Recipe Directions for Dinner Pancakes

  1. Turn stove on medium

  2. Mix all ingredients in one bowl

  3. Use about 1/4 cup for each pancake (very large pancakes!)

  4. Spoon each cake into skillet seperately,

  5. When bubbles are seen in middle of pancake, flip over to cook other side.

  6. Cook to desired crispness

  7. Enjoy with Smart balance butter!
