4 large eggs
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 ounces turkey
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Dinner omelette

  1. Start the veggies cooking in the olive oil

  2. Beat eggs and stir in a couple of ounces of milk (oops)

  3. Pour eggs over veggies and cook until firm

  4. Add cheese and turkey

  5. Heat until cheese is melted
