Recipe Ingredients for DINNER - Chicken Paprikash

2 1/2 cups chicken
1 tbsp canola oil
1 onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp paprika
1 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp flour
1 cup sour cream
8 oz egg noodles

Recipe Directions for DINNER - Chicken Paprikash

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet. Brown chicken on all sides (usually use 5 boneless skinless thighs).

  2. Remove chicken from the skillet and add the onion and garlic. Saute until onions are soft.

  3. Add paprika to the skillet and mix quickly.

  4. Pour in the stock and return chicken to the pan. Bring stock to a simmer, cover and cook 30 minutes.

  5. Remove chicken from the skillet.

  6. Whisk flour into sour cream. Stir into the stock mixture and cook several minutes, until thick.

  7. Return chicken to the skillet.

  8. Serve over egg noodles.
