Recipe Ingredients for Dinner 2

1 yellow pepper
2 oz. ground turkey (lean), sautee
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 oz. mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup spinach
1/4 cup zucchini, sliced

Recipe Directions for Dinner 2

Sautee ground turkey with mushrooms and zucchini. Boil spinach. Add altogether in a bowl with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Mix. Then pour into yellow pepper.
