this is my ultra healthy dinner and dessert tonight :). The egg is a great source of protein, as well as the spinach. and green tea boosts your metabolism! plus the fat free yogurt should come out tasting just like ice cream if frozen correctly!

Recipe Ingredients for Din Din aug. 5th

16 oz Spinach
1 large Egg, Whole
1 pot Light Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Din Din aug. 5th

  1. Steam the spinach, salt lightly, and put on plate. Spread out like a bottom layer.

  2. Microwave the egg, lay on top of spinach and salt lightly.

  3. Freeze the yogurt one half hour before you eat, take out as you sit down to eat to allow your home-made-icecream to thaw slightly.

  4. Drink green tea with meal.
