Recipe Ingredients for Dilly Whoppers

680 grams Wild King Salmon Fillet Fresh From Alaska
1 cup Bread Crumbs
2 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles
2 oz Shallots
3 tsp Honey Mustard
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 large Egg, Whole
1/2 oz Dill Weed, Fresh
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Dilly Whoppers

  1. 1. Place salmon chunks in food processor and pulss until salmon is chopped into small pieces.

  2. 2. Add rest of ingredients.

  3. 3. Form into 6 patties, place on plate, cover with plastic and refridgerate for 1 hr.

  4. 3. cook over medium high heat, 4 min per side. Add olive oil to pan to prevent sticking.

  5. serve with homemade tartar sauce.
