Recipe Ingredients for Dilly Potato Salad

3 lbs red potatoes
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
8 oz FAGE total 0%
2 tsp dry mustard
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fresh dill
3/4 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 stalk celery
1/4 cup green onion

Recipe Directions for Dilly Potato Salad

  1. Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook for 20-30 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool. Place potatoes in a large bowl; add eggs.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving. The longer it sits the more the flavors will come together.
