Very tasty salad. While Fresh dill tastes best, dried dill will do, just use less. You can also always add extra dill for more flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Dilly Artichoke Macaroni Salad

13 ounces whole wheat pasta
1 cup fat free mayo
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup fresh dill
1/2 cup onion, chopped
14 ounce can of artichokes in water, undrained and quartered

Recipe Directions for Dilly Artichoke Macaroni Salad

  1. Cook the Pasta as directed. Cool.

  2. Mix together mayo, sour cream, dill, onion and artichokes with their water. Mix.

  3. Add cooled pasta and stir together.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
