Recipe Ingredients for Dilled Zucchini Salad

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 lbs zucchini
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried dill

Recipe Directions for Dilled Zucchini Salad

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add zucchini, and season generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook, tossing frequently, until zucchini is crisp-tender and starting to brown, 4 to 6 minutes.

  4. Add lemon juice and dill.

  5. Cook, tossing, about 1 minute more.
