5 small red skin potatoes, quartered
1 tsp. dill weed, dried
2 tbsp. Land O'Lakes spreadable butter with canola
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Recipe Directions for Dilled Red-Skinned Potatoes, side dish

  1. Cut potatoes into quarters. Place in a pot and cover with water. Bring potatoes to boil; cook for 15 min, until tender.

  2. Drain. Stir or mash in butter, dill and salt (to taste).

  3. Serve immediately.
