2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
2/3 cup 2% cottage cheese
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Dilled Mashed Potatoes

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water; cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender; drain.
