use non-stick foil or spray with pam

Recipe Ingredients for dilled fish in foil

4 ounce orange roughy fillet (or other fish)
2 sprigs fresh dill
2 slices of lemon
2 teaspoons water (or wine or broth)
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for dilled fish in foil

  1. preheat to 350

  2. place fish in foil, tucking under ends as needed to make it uniform thickness

  3. either lay dill on top of fish or pull off leaves and sprinkle on top, depending on how much dill you like

  4. lay lemon slices on fish, sprinkle with salt and pepper

  5. pour liquid over fish

  6. seal foil and bake for about 30 minutes until fish is cooked through
