1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
16 oz Diced Hash Brown Cubes
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 cup Soup, Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for dilled chicken potato hash

  1. melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. add chicken cook 5 to 7 minutes.

  2. add bell pepper and onion, cook and stir 2 minutes. add potatoes dill salt and pepper cook and stir 5 minutes.

  3. stir in broth cook 1 minute

  4. serve 1 1/4 servings
