Fresh brussels and carrots in a balsamic & dill dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Dilled Brussels & Carrot medley

1 lb. fresh brussel sprouts, halved
1 c. fresh baby carrots
1 tbsp. butter
3 tsp. fresh dill (or 1 tsp. dried dill)
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Dilled Brussels & Carrot medley

  1. Put 1 inch water into a large pot and add brussels and carrots.

  2. Bring to boil, reduce heat; cover & simmer until veggies until crisp tender. Drain.

  3. Add other ingredients; toss to coat.
