Recipe Ingredients for Dill Yogurt Potatoes

4 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
4 oz Traditional Plain Greek Yogurt
0.25 cup Cream, Sour, Cultured
10 Teaspoon Juice
2 tsp Dill Weed, Dried

Recipe Directions for Dill Yogurt Potatoes

Wash and chop potatoes into 1/4 inch pieces. Boil potatoes until just fork tender. Combine sour cream and greek yogurt with lemon juice and dill weed. You can use only greek yogurt if you want for more probiotics! Drain and rinse potatoes in COLD water. Toss with dressing and serve warm!
