A low calorie, delicious, egg salad lettuce wrap with the taste of dill! ** Made on a whim at home, could have made it healthier / lower in calories probably, but that's to play around with at another time.

Recipe Ingredients for Dill-y Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps

1 large Egg, Yolk
4 large Egg, White
1 serving Cream Cheese Light
1 serving Buttermilk Dill Sauce
2 tbsp Sour Cream
6 leaf, large Lettuce, Iceberg

Recipe Directions for Dill-y Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps

  1. Boil 4 large eggs.

  2. Remove the yolk from all but one of them. You can save the yolks for later use, or discard them, up to you.

  3. Cut up the eggs and combine with other ingredients.

  4. Divide into three portions equally and roll into a leaf of lettuce for a low calorie, and delicious, dinner wrap!
